What's the matter, Steve? Did you run out of bullets already? Can't you get Dan Dorfman to do a report on the company? You also forgot Bad News #'s 4 & 5. The stock could fall substantially if explosions occur simultaneously in all Sabratek facilities or if all Sabratek officers and employees die from a mysterious disease.

Gee, left out a few material facts, didn't you? Maybe you need remedial 8-K reading lessons.

Like if their SBTK is sold for more then $21.11, they pay the excess to the company. With the current SBTK price over $23, and the likelihood it will move higher, there will be a nice gain to SBTK if the shares are sold. I like this provision.

Next time, include all the facts, not just the facts your "we just paid $50 million because we were VERY BAD" lawyers want you to spin.
