There have been a large number of insider sales in the last week.

Lots of Form 4 and 144 show up on a Bloomberg.

June 14:
CEO Tyson sells 2k + 3k
Chairman Wisler sells 10k + 25k
Robert Postle, officer, sells 13k

June 17: The Steven (odd name for somebody in California) sells 200k !
Robert Klimm, affiliated person, sells 1k + 2.7k + 0.8k
Tan McKinnon, officer, sells 69 k !
Edward Wagner, officer, sells 1.6 k

In late May,
Chairman Wiesler sold 10 k,
Mitchell sold 2k, and
Wiesler sold 10k.

Well, if anybody wondered what hit the stock earlier this week, it might have been the news about the CEO, the chairman, and the other officer selling on June 14.

When I saw all this, I decided that PRIA is the one semi equip that I will prune from my portfolio right now. Insider selling is not as good an indicator as insider buying, but I wanted to reduce my semi equip exposure now, after the run-up, and this seemed like a good reason to let PRIA be the one I sell. So I'm out.
