I believe the streamer problems are due to slow servers. Today, express servers have often been slow for me - but it seems intermittent. This has been true of the last few days (when the volume was relatively low) - I shudder to think what will happen when the volume starts going up... time to stock up on vaseline (or trade more with your other brokers).
