You know, Tef, this company is really a closed end Internet Mutual Fund, without the usual Mutual Fund rules, and with the IPO kicker for a sweetener. Interesting, will probably make you a fortune, but not my cup of tea. I want to be able to evaluate the company's products, and market, and you can't do it with this one. I also don't like the fact that they can so easily manipulate earnings by selling stock in the various companies they own at a strategic time. It can work to your advantage, but they can also hide trouble until it is too late.
