Rich, I run two monitors. I'm addicted!

Two 17" monitors, side by side. The mouse just rolls back and forth. Lots of real estate.

I agree 100% about upgrading. A non-issue. I keep an iMac in the house, too.

As for Win2000- it is slated to replace the Win9x series. You probably read that press release from Steve Balmer about how they are going to try to limp Win98 along a little farther.

I was talking with the "gooroo" NT tech today, as he continued in the process of trying to hook up an HP paper scanner and Polaroid slide scanner to my NT workstation.

That's right- it's STILL not working! Today's solution- add scsi card number TWO. Each device gets it's own scsi card, and still no soap. Maybe tomorrow...

Anyway, this guy has Win2000 beta, and says "don't hold your breath... probably not ready for another year..."

My NOVL is looking good...
