Hi all, the stock is heading down further. I read the news of the acquisition. If they value 500.000 shares over the net assets of USD 500.000 the shares are valued at $ 1 in assets. When they make USD 100.000 net in a year, the PE of those 500.000 shares is only 5, not that much. So, this could mean the stock is fairly priced at the moment or maybe even cheap. I received recently only the may issue of Bloomberg. I will wait another month to find out more about the Niphix system. Again, my hopes are not that high. I think trading will concentrate on the existing boards and will not go to this new board because of the lack of transparancy, but I could be wrong. Does anyone know what that SEC filing means they talked about in the last press release? Does this mean they will stay on the OTC BB board? Thanks and good luck, I keep following this stock and maybe I will buy in again soon. Rene.
