Actually, I was responding to your comment about who would be responsible to file if it was required. Your implication that HITT's wouldn't be responsible if the attorneys failed to file is what I considered foolish.

Beg pardon? Technically, they ARE a "reporting company" and have been since they did the reverse merger.

But they seem to have forgotten to file an awful lotta 8-Ks.
