Yiwu what you just said was paraphrase of Soviet joke from 80's..
American and Russian argue along similar line about freedom..

American sez that he can freely critisize right on the street President of USA,
Russian sez that he has same freedom and can critisize President of USA too <gg>

Ah Yiwu, You speak with such enlightenment that even the dimmest wit such as myself can begin to see! You are here because this is such a lousy country to which you can bring much enlightenment, for the benefit of all humankind. You are far the luckier one to be from such a wonderful place as to be so free and unflawed. Pity all those foolish and wrong thinking Nationalists who fled unnecessarily 55 years ago and those other silly people who rushed their money out of HK ten years ago, just in case. Rule of law is such a restricting concept. When will we ever learn?

<< I feel I have more personal freedom in China. >>

Tiananmen Square is a good example of personal freedom in China.

In China you have the personal freedom to tout the government line. Otherwise you have the personal freedom to clean your jailcell.
