I don't know for sure on the spreads, but I presume it to be a spread across contract months. Buy a Sept and Sell a Dec. Maybe someone else can clarify that point.

You also have to be careful with the overnight margin, which is what the margin table is and intra-day margin. If you don't hold overnight, I believe you can have one half the margin and still trade the contract.....
