Hey, if California wants a liberal abortion regime, it will still have one, and if Alabama does not, it will not, and NOW can turn its attention to providing tickets to women who want to go from restrictive states to "open" states. Half- a- loaf all around, eh?

That is so leftist its sickening. Here is a middle ground.

1. Abortion is not a Federal matter.
2. No one can be forced to pay for abortion except those who get abortions.
