I don't bet. I invest. I will put my money where my mouth is when and if the stock hits the levels I am assuming. If it doesn't, I will pony up and buy at higher prices. I doubt that will be the case. Of course, I will admit that I was wrong on my expectations and timing. I am long term bullish. The fact that Globalstar is still at $17 in the face of the Iridium disaster is a strike against me. I am confident that the $10 to $12 level can be reached.

I am a betting man, and I agree with your prediction, so I cant bet against you. The stockmarket is a betting game, but if you do your homework there is such a thing as a sure bet. Globalstar is a sure bet. A good marketing strategy is now paramount and whilst I agree with the Austin Powers push, how about a free New Zealand leg of lamb with every handset purchased.
