I read through all the CBQI posts and SEC filings (CBQ / Freedom Funding) last Saturday. It took most of the day. I concluded from reading the filed financials that Mark resigned at a special board meeting on 11/19/98, thus, when the reverse merger took place, his shares would be considered unrestricted. He also got 200k more shares for services rendered. I wasn't sure if I was correct in assessing his shares as unrestricted so I called CBQ and asked Chris. He researched the matter and told me that the float was 2.3 million. Next time you call the company, you can verify the information.
