Agent99, AB Watley sounds pretty cool. I can't argue with you about SWS, they are the pits too, in my brief experience. Penson did a better job than SWS when I was at Cyber, but when I tried to get my money transferred out it turned into a 5-week nightmare, they even had their "General Counsel" writing me nasty letters. They hung me out to dry big-time, so I don't trust them. Eventually got my money out by filing a NASD complaint, which is still in process. The thing I'd miss at Watley, is the MBT team/online support room (& great phone support), and the direct access to ARCA's full capabilities. I don't use RTIII for charting; just for order entry and position management. Thanks for the info & insights - Regards, -Steve
