It does sound silly, but it is a nice sampler, and my son loves it. There is one Chinese restaurant that I go to in Annapolis (another that I liked a lot folded), and I have been going there since college. It took awhile for it to catch up to the pu- pu platter innovation, and so I had to be introduced to it by friends in the National Cathedral area about 16 years ago. Before we went to the restaurant, they went on and on about how great the pu- pu platter was, and it took me a few moments to be certain that they were not putting me on. As it was, it was hard not to giggle...
