Pete, the answer for EMC is NO. EMC has to pass two minor resistence points here - one at $56 and another one at $59. If it can close above $59, then the next target would be all time high. With option expiration tomorrow, I say it will close either at $52 1/2, $55 or $57 1/2 tomorrow.

A real breakout occurs for SEBL. This one is very clear cut and it is riding on ORCL's good earning visibility as well so it has sentiment, TA as well as fundamentals on its wings. I say it is going to fly.
