Don't you mean leave

The wonderful thing is that so many of you have left, that its getting downright comfortable here. The rivers and bays are coming back. I've seen more species of birds recovering in the last five years than in my lifetime here in the East. I see Great Blue Herons flying overhead on my commute downtown (I keep the cruise control on the whole way). Foxes, deer, owls in my front yard....an occassional brown bear comes down from PA. I have to look for ancient box turtles when I mow the lawn. BTW Wingman....look at a topo map of the US and you will see that this country has a mountain range that runs from Maine down to South Carolina. They are not the Rockies or the Sierras, but if you have cycled Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park like I have (222 miles in two days, first 22 miles an almost uninterrupted climb) you would have a healthy respect for those old hills.
Frankly, I've lived in the West and I did come back. I visit the West almost every year....after all, I can afford to travel where ever I want since my home cost so much less here. In other words, I have this....which means I can have that when ever I want it....without having to go to work on a eight lane freeway going forty miles an hour every day.
