I know more about the South than I care to. It is an evil place, founded on hatred of mankind, slavery, slaughter of Indians. Their incapacity to succeed in business reflects their contempt for knowledge and science. Bible-thumping racists, lynch mobs, incestuous, inbred, criminal, narrow minded, fools. As a child growing up in Atlanta, the only half-way decent city in the South IMO, I saw Ku Klux Klan marching in parades. I saw Jews and Catholics beaten by "The Columbians" (a neo-nazi mob) in 1946. I saw black kids refused even the sorry education we suffered through. I had "friends" who drove through Nigger-Town (West Palm Beach, Fla) shooting into Negro homes. I had black friends murdered by the cops. I visited the Georgia State Mental hospital -- 37,000 patients locked into a stinking set of prison blocks. I watch youths sentenced to surgical sterilization (castration) for mental deficiency by tobacco-spitting "psychologists." I had friends imprisoned for sodomy where, of course, they were raped frequently. I saw people fired from jobs because they believed in in obeying the U.S. Constitution. Need I go on? The best sight I ever saw was the South sinking out of sight in my year view mirror. An especial sigh of relief came when leaving Alabama and Mississippi. Its better now, of course. One can even get a decent education there, even if he is black. One can get decent medical care there, even if black and rich. Florida locks up a single mother for keeping two books overdue from the library. Kills a mentally retarded kid for murder. Georgia locks up men for sodomy. I would never live in Dixie. It is still a hellhole run by demons. The south has never produced a decent poem, a beautiful picture, or a worthwhile contribution to science. It is a dump. A cesspool. The people are offspring of criminals, identured servants cast off primarily by the British Isles. They couldn't make it at home, and they can't make in America. The only Southerners worth saving are the ones who left. Anyone who looks back gets turned into a pillar of salt.
