How about a internet video site structured similar to CNBC? One that runs every day the stock market is open. All advertisments would run on the video. Since you don't want to compete directly with CNBC and you want to get a captive audience it should be directed to day trading and short term investments. Small stocks, penny stocks, volitile issues, options, commodities, etc.

The manner in which TVOW continues to announce themselves
as a "strategic partner" w/ AXC & otherwise presents this
release like a "totally separate company" would, leads me
to believe that an IPO is forthcoming in the near future.
