Chip, It is a Beauty!
Perhaps the following will help people understand Greenspan's viewpoint. Here are some interesting statistics which put into perspective the FED's growth rate limitations. The total population is growing at about 1% a year. The labor force age group is essentially stagnant. Immigration increases these projections somewhat.
