Yeah, as I recall the Fair Value is The Cash plus the Interest less the Dividends.

The key phrase, obviously, is <As long as the total return on the SPX is greater >. The presumption is that the market rises forever without significant Drawdown.

My only observation is that all such trades, particularly these that involve significant leverage with undefined downside risk, have to be carefully monitored and not socked away as one might do with a Mutual Fund.
