Dave & Jim You all read the Annual report Yet.19.3 million still from DT and The IPO 10,000,000 @ 20 200 mill x 20%=40 mill plus the China Deal plus ++ ,My guess is If this Happens DT will up the stake about the same time as this all happens and vocl will rock,like before the big sell down.DT still has 19 mill to spent before the dec 31 99 dead line and as they have said they will buy somebody to a majority before the year ends!!!!Any Guesses?
