STK1, This news regarding DT purchasing obligations is GREAT if it is true. Can you confirm this with IR? Also, there was an article that stated the stake DT planned to acquire was in a EUROPEAN corporation. The article went on to list a few such corporations in which DT owned a minority stake. Nonetheless, about a month ago someone popped onto Yahoo thread and claimed that a deal with VocalTec was in the works and would be 'done' by June 30th. - seems now this may not have been bs.
