Q: Can you tell me what you see the sequence of events is that will lead to re-listing of the shares? In the last PR I think you mentioned the sale of part of SibMach has some bearing on the relisting and return of value to shareholders but the full set of events was not identified.

A: the sale will enable the company to list on Nasdaq, as simple as that.

If LEAH has cash assets of $10M, good profitability and audited financials, why is this particular sale necessary to enable Leah to re-list on Nasdaq? Can anyone cast some light on this??
