I note that the number of outstanding shares is now 880 Million and the number of authorized shares is now 1.75 Billion. geocities.com So, I take it that it is just an oversight that as of today's date, the company's website reports 820 million issued and 1.1 billion authorized. panambancorp.com They've had 3 months since the submission of the Form D to correct the website.
