Anyone have any idea how many index funds might be tied to the Russell 3000? That might tell us something about buying pressure.

ENOTS, I kind of think this guy may be making some life styles changes which are why he is selling some. I think he recently left
the leadership of CYBG and maybe he is moving, building/buying a new
home, etc.

Whatever it is, it is obvious it meets the approval of the big buyers. I owned a stock once where an insider sold a chunk and
apparently it po'd Fidelity (they had just bought in) because they
dumped and cut the stock in half. It later recovered but it took
about a year to do it.

In this case it didn't cause hardly a hiccup. That means some
explaining was done beforehand and it met their approval.
