Someone made a tidy little profit here. 53 million shares at $.01. That was $530,000. Just a couple of weeks later figure they may have been able to dump it in the market above $.20 and voilà - net profit $10M - bigger than the market cap for the whole company at the time of the offering.

Now that was quite a deal for who ever purchased these shares.
