<As you know, I only post facts and my opinions, not hype or junk. Anyway, I spoke with a very reliable source that said the Kenya product will be part of the INTU auction site. Only time will tell.>

No worries, your straight up for me. I just thought the wording of the PR could have led you to think it's a Kenya specific product mentioned. I didn't see it.

Now, your belief that it will eventually use Kenya is another story, and again I think you have plenty of reason to think it will.

So, if you get my point, I believe in you and just thought the wording of the PR might have led you into thinking this was a pre-announcement.

I sure hope we don't have the same repeating story of an early rush to get shares. MM takes all the buyers in at the high of the day and then it slowly trades back to where it started. It's getting to be a very boring pattern and one I should have been smart enough to not fall into again.

I didn't see, but my broker said there was mention of the Excite deal by the Wall Street Journal.

Regards,

Mark

PS You mention Markman making news announcements at the Annual Meeting. Won't happen. Don't think it's a legal way to give information. Maybe he'll suggest something in the Q&A. Maybe he'll make deals that are thought to be known more clear. But, if history repeats itself, the Annual Meeting won't make any impact on news or share price IMHO.

Are you going? Maybe ask him why AOL axed the Netscape deal?

From the June 15th memo from Markman

>>In the business sector model, users are mobile professionals who pay for the service to receive significant productivity benefits. We expect subscriber numbers and revenues from this part of our business to come primarily through services deployed by telecommunications carriers. With the May announcement of its initial deployment in Atlanta, BellSouth became the first carrier to offer services based on Portico.>>

All one has to do is try to figure out BS' biggest business customers and that is most likely who will be targeted. A few very large and well known companies in the BS region come to mind.

>>The consumer sector is an indirect revenue business, where users are offered free services that are paid for by advertising dollars. We believe the convenience of accessing personal information and content by voice will prove very appealing to our target market.
Revenues here will come from advertising and e-commerce transactions. Users of the free service may also choose to upgrade to a fee-based virtual assistant to take advantage of the greater productivity benefits. >>

I assume that the Intuit Auction site would be an example of obtaining revenues from e-commerce transactions. GMGC has to be involved in the auction site IMO due to the deal with Intuit and Quicken.com. The same would be correct I would assume if the rumor about EBay turns out to be true.

Some of the ads on myTalk that have been heard are: MCI, Visa, Disney.com, EPA, U.S. military ads, Ad Council for the Women's Coalition.

Philip Knell is the General Manager of the networkMCI Conferencing division of MCI Communications Corporation and Carl F. Pascarella has served as a director of the Company since July 1994. Mr. Pascarella has been President and Chief Executive Officer of VISA U.S.A. Both these individuals are on GMGC's Board of Directors. The correlation is interesting if nothing else.

Take care,
Kurt
