What the hell are you talking about? SBTK announced Wednesday that the lawsuit amendment was filed,

biz.yahoo.com
biz.yahoo.com

and there is no reason Pluvia could not have received a copy prior to filing, it's not against the law. And once the amendment is filed, it is there for all to see.

Mssr. Mike DontHaveaClue,

If you'd pulled your head outta yer rectum and actually done an ounce of research prior to making this intellectually challenged comment...

The info that was posted was either misappropriated by yourself or misaapropriately (sic) released to you. This situation should be looked at very closely by not only the SEC but some good lawyer. The status quo is not acceptable and should be challenged.

You'd have realized the info I posted came from the amended complaint, which was filed almost a week prior to my first posts about it, thus making it a "public" document at that time...

I suggest you learn some respect for Pluvia's research and ethics and start looking at the problem itself and not the messenger.

Scribbling table pounding threats in the direction of Pluvia, when you don't know what you're talking about, makes you look like an angry, ignorant mooo-ron.

Cheers $t@v@
