Form D filings are not available through EDGAR. One must order hard copies from the SEC. The SEC has a document processing vendor, Disclosure, Inc., and for a price you can get reports not available through EDGAR. Sometimes I think I have done a very thorough SEC search and I forget that not all public documents are on EDGAR. It's frustrating. To request non-EDGAR SEC documents, email to: PublicInfo@sec.gov
