I know, it's going to be tough! I guess that's why I have been torn between: -Whether, Rosen, the acting temporary in charge, should be making drastic changes before the arrival of and restructuring approval from a new CEO. and -My cool acceptance and willingness to wait until they get the "hopefully" right fit. Somehow I feel good about the changes so far...but I know this will take time for it to be a success story.
