Steve,

What does it usually mean when you see ISLD and ARCA dominating the Level 2 action...just that the daytraders are in control?

Steve-

I'm sure part of it is knowing which MM is which and what to look for. I have noticed that whoever BTRD is, they often put big blocks of shares up on MSFT and pull them down just as quickly.

I figure I will keep it for now and see if I can use it to my benefit. There is a book that a guy on another thread recommended for understanding how to use Level II so I will read that and perhaps more before deciding to get rid of it. Meantime, I mostly watch for entertainment. :)

in regards... while at the same time (almost always) "making the spread" (buying on the bid, selling on the offer) when you use ISLD and ARCA in conjunction.

is there a technique you use to assist in this type of fill?

thanks
