Isn't watercraft both singular AND plural? Mr. Mayor we need a ruling here.

Hell of a nice day for PCTR. What a nice suprise re: Quickpicks - anyone know from experience with their picks what is likely to follow? Is a further spike likely early in the week? This is a long-term hold for me regardless.
