The question was not directed to me but I will add my two yen worth...
All factors you have mentionned are valid I believe and could seriously impact the index. Barring these, I have stated that I see a pull back to 16.800 soon, normal given the pace of the last advance, and I also see 17,800 as the next level to attain in order to confirm that we can indeed sustain this climb or rather that internals have in fact changed. If we keep hitting 17,300 and falling back, obviously it is not a good sign
