this PP is a matter of Public Record. and I don't believe the share count has been increased by anything. Colleen I kept nothing secret from anyone that wanted to know. I share with shareholders of the company anytime they want to know something that I might know. this was not info that I was the only person privy too. If you had come to the NYC get together you also would have been told what I was told. I had no private meeting with management at anytime while I was there. I was with a group the whole time. Info was give to all of us. I do believe it was public info at the time. Jhild just said this was filed on march 23rd. I and others were told about it in April. Was not inside info was filed already.
