The US has too much freedom and rights. The US is sue crazy. People are always suing the government and requesting investigations of the government.

The US government is almost handcuffed because the citizens have too much power and freedom.

We've been discussing China lately. Imagine in China if someone wanted to publish music called "Cop Killer"? In China, or Cuba, or North Korea, etc., if you are caught criticizing the Government, you get thrown into jail without a fair trial.

In the US, if you even kill a child you get free legal help and multiple free appeals, paid for by the taxpayers.

Americans are spoiled by having too much freedom. Chinese, OTOH, are spoiled by having the government make all of their decisions for them.
