Got mine at Airtouch. they have them in stock in San Diego. Got the extended battery. What a nice phone. Having hte extended battery is like haveing a carry around charger all the time. Hook it onto the phone and it charges the internal battery back up in 20 minutes or so, then take it off and you got another 8-10 hours of standby, 1-2 hours of talk time. they gave me a trade-in discount from the $349 to $179. I gave the old 820 to my son. both extended and internal charge to almost full charge in about 1.5 hours.
