Unfortunately the transfer agent can only confirm that there are a certain number of shares outstanding. They have no idea what commitments have been made until they are requested to affect transfers by the company. All we know for sure from your statement is that the transfer agent knows that there are 851M shares issued and outstanding. If you look at the Form D statement you will note: There are 880,000,000 shares subject to issuance under presently outstanding stock agreements, stock options warrants or rights. geocities.com This number brings you a much clearer picture of how to calculate share value.
