The bottom line is another short player has reared his or her ugly head. Do your worse!! We will see who lives to regret it. Love it when they tell a one sided story and omit anything good. They must think we have no idea what they've done in the past.. By the way .got this off the Power Channel site (I'm more intrested in the last sentence of paragraph #2)Just hope MSU is the supplier???? What's your point? They don't have to disclose the terms MUCP is a reporting company, isn't it? They most certainly do have to disclose the terms. The new placement has no fees attached apparently, and is restricted for 12 months. And you know this how? But MSU does have the assets and market capital necessary to meet Nasdaq listing requirements as per Nasdaqs own stipulations. They meet the quantitative requirement by virtue of market cap ONLY. So do a lot of BB companies who will never ever be listed.
