I will try to do a little more research tomorrow and see what I can find out regarding the share count.

I emailed ISMR and they responded that day regarding the reverse split and the future outcome. The reverse split sounded like the right action, only time and shareholders (new & old) acceptance will tell. Stocks are risky or we would all be filthy rich. Goodluck and do your DD!!
