July/August 1999: Do a sampling of soil gas Helium content on a grid pattern to identify areas deserving special attention and to map the extent of Helium showings in soils and waters of the region. September-December 1999: Geophysical survey over parts of permit to ID drill targets. December 1999- February 2000 Drill at least 6 test holes to 1000-1500 ft.

Transocean was once the leader of the group and now it's a laggard. Sentiment will return to the deep-water players. Also, kind of a sleeper is Parker Drilling (PKD). Parker should have a nice turnaround. They're getting some financing on a rig so that will give them a cash infusion, and they've got two nice contracts that are starting in a few weeks, one in Nigeria and one in the Caspian Sea.
