Baldur... Again, I'm very interested in this particular piece you authored... "P.S. I wasn't aware that Leah had been halted and FYI it traded quite lively today. So much for a SEC shutdown. Must be frustrating for you."

I don't get it. Are you kidding? Please tell me that you're not in denial of an SEC- trading-halt, simply because you see reports of (apparent) pink-sheet, or MM to MM, activity that's been as low as a penny or two since the official SEC HALT! You ARE kidding, right?

<<MTHONER, you started this by asking us why the audit hadn't arrived, we gave our views, a light seemed to dawn in your head, then you start again with the same thing...>>

"...we gave our views..." Exactly who is "we"? What were the "views"? (that audited financials by a Big Six firm, promised to shareholders for many months, were suddenly being held up due to a hopeful sale of assets? Regarding the planned-sale "news-release" , was the "retained" investment-banker specifically named?

P.S. Is D/T currently engaged to audit LEAH's financial statements?
