Yes, you're right, it is weird that they would file a Form D with so many mistakes, including the spelling of John Schmitz' name. But they got it right in two other sections, so I guess it's a typo.

I've seen a lot of "typos" in press releases too, like Plug 'n PLAY instead of Plug 'n PAY (there's a BIG difference in this one); oh yes, and the mysterious "R" in Vaccaro that keeps getting mentioned.
