The press is trying very hard to get GWB to commit to key issues so that they can jump all over him. He still has a lot of time. After all, they're not after Gore and he doesn't have a clue where he stands on anything....not even the President's character, or lack of. R

Spoken like a Clinton spin doctor. When a candidate gives you nothing else to go on, you have no choice but to make assumptions.

Please don't get me wrong on all this. I honestly hope I'm wrong about W. I hope he turns out to be gutsy and courageous and all that. I'm just not optimistic.
