The first thing a Clintonite is going to say is that he had a Republican congress. Not so the first term. Also, there were some of these promises he never even attempted to keep. I don't speak like a Clinton spin doctor, Gore is talking like he is receiving intensive care from one, or more. truedog PS; Isn't it a little early in the race for GW to expound on all of his intentions? They are just now in the first round. Like boxers, there is a "sizing up" period. Just keep your pants on, and I don't think you will be disappointed. t
