I've got news for you: You have not seen anything yet! I have not only put my money on the line by investing in this company, I have also chosen to spend more of my money to do some in-person DD. Not only that, but I have offered to help pay your way to do the same thing, at any time (in the near future) that you wish. And if that were not enough, I offered to send the money for your trip to Rusty, webmaster of RB or to SI Bob to forward to you so you could travel without anyone knowing it in order to protect your identity. And then you have the audacity to chide me for being anonymous? Mental Instability Alert! Mental Instability Alert! I have chosen to meet my fellow investors and some of the people who work for me -- you know, as part owner of PABN the company employees work for me and the rest of the shareholders too. And you say I want to keep my identity secret? You are utterly and completely bonkers, as I've said before and as you continue to prove by your own actions and statements. But there is more! I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is to an even greater degree, much more than you'd ever consider doing! Here is one of the main reasons why I believe the information posted on the geocities site is a forgery: geocities.com The notes to the RMC financial projections. Before I quote them, let's put this into its proper context: On the day this was supposedly filed, March 23, 1999, the company no doubt knew the RMC merger would have to be unwound as was announced just 8 days later. It is possible that they did not know, but I consider that to be highly unlikely. Also no specific information has ever been released by the company regarding its arrangements, if any, with 84 Lumber -- there had been a lot of speculation as to what kind of arrangement PABN might have with 84 Lumber, including speculations from me on RB, but no details had been released by the company. As it turns out, all the speculations, including mine, were incorrect guesses (close, but no cigar). What the company had hoped to do (and as I understand it still hopes to do at some point in the future) was to offer financing for building contractors through some kind of on-site presence in 84 Lumber locations. Here is what the notes to the financial projections say: "These figures represent actual results from the 84 Lumber contract for the first month (rounded off for clarity) and projected out for the year. We closed 200 loans from the first 90 of 437 offices of 84 Lumber. We will continue to service additional offices until we reach them all. The revenue amount equals 1.5% of the gross dollar amount of the loans." That was written by someone who has never written such a note before, it was written by a liar who invented it based on speculations about the kind of agreement that PABN might have had with 84 Lumber. It is not necessary to put in the notes to projections that they are projections (duh!). It was written by someone with no idea of how to lie convincingly about such things: "We will continue to service additional offices until we reach them all." What kind of weird statement is that? 84 Lumber does not conduct its retail business in or from "offices" (LOL). It is impossible, IMHO, that PABN would send to the SEC such an obviously incorrect and childishly written statement. And the rest of the document published on the geocities site is full of such nonsense! Names misspelled, incorrect numbers. What a bunch of nonsense. This is how confident I am that this is a fake: I hereby state publicly and in front of everyone reading this, who I call upon as a witness, the following: If the above notes from the financial projections of RMC are proven to be (a) filed by PABN with the SEC and (b) false in its representation of a contract with 84 Lumber and the results of such contract, I will personally file a class action law suit against the company on behalf of the shareholders (and I would expect a lot of you to help me out!). I don't think it was filed by PABN and I believe it to be false. It is too contradictory to other statements published by the company, and quite frankly, it is just too silly. Whoever did this is WAY overpaid, and in WAY over their head (still). I hope the company sues them and their handlers for everything they've got. The $20million Currency referred to may not be enough. I suggest you take your "Hahahahaha." and think of the most unpleasant place you can imagine and put it there. You have chosen the wrong side of this stock, this company, this group of investors and this discussion. You so freely give advice that you are too cowardly, too impotent, too insane to follow yourself -- you boast that you will not go to the company for any information about it or its activities, yet you assume that I have not gone to the only authoritative source for a copy of the filing. You don't even bother to find out if I have indeed already done what you suggest. And that comment about busting up a conspiracy. Did you REALLY say that? You of the SEC/NASD/mob conspiracy theory? You of the Susan I = Mae Fu theory? Are you so unselfaware, so personally deluded that you said to me with a straight face: "Just think of the opportunity you have to really bust up a massive conspiracy (apparently in your mind only)."? You are a such a fool. And you don't even know it. Your reign of harassment is near its end. PCM GO PABN!!!
