IMO, the oxidized cap has what it takes to be a very low costs operation.

Of course , we must remind ourselves that there is a small city partly covering the deposit...and there will be some costs and delicate negotiations to make up an agreement that will satisfy the people of Tambo Grande. But MAN is on the right tract with its approach and has built excellent relations with the community. They have 3 years to do it.
