OFF TOPIC -- you are correct that FTUS is pretty much controlled by insiders at this point. This is one of those rare (rarer?) situations in which there would not be an FTUS today without the insiders stepping up to the plate and pitching in both big bucks and a fair amount of management expertise to bring this company back from the brink of extinction, to which it had been lead by its prior inept and quite possibly corrupt management.

Though I was not a shareholder two years ago, when they took over and bailed out the company, had they *not* done so, a great number of previous shareholders would have been left holding the bag when the big BK occurred.

I do not view *all* insiders as bad. There are good ones and bad ones. Those which are earnest and straightforward about their efforts are essentially playing on our side, and I have no objection to following their lead.

I suspect that you and I will continue to disagree on this subject.
