The original minutes and resolutions establishing a corporation are often referred to as the "organization" documents. PanAmerican BanCorp is a Delaware corporation. The 1997 date is incorrect. As is any 1996, 1998 or 1999 date. That document is either a very bad forgery or evidence of a degree of incompetence that is mind boggling. Since we have not seen such incompetence in any other corporate documents, I'm sticking with the forgery explanation, until I have proof of something else. PCM GO PABN!!!
