Larry, yes you might be right, unloading 2.7 MM shares (that is roughly the size of this issue?) over 30 days might be too much. I would presume however, that not much of the warrants are left unexercised. I wonder if the transfer agent has a current outstanding warrant count, or maybe the company might have that number. That might be a good indication of how much imbalances one can expect.
