well, Pat...thank you for clearing up the confusion of the dates. Silly me, I was relying on company information...hahahahaha And we can see that 1997 is indeed accurate as stated in the so called phoney Form D [also, please note it's OCTOBER, 1997]. However, I'm puzzled about the claim of 1996 in one of the company documents released to the public not that long ago... PanAmerican BanCorp was initially organized as a Limited Liability Company in 1996. #reply-9726329 Perhaps the term organized here is the lose interpretation that I was suggesting in my previous post.
